Project Cancellation
- Clients may request cancellation before project initiation.
- Once the project has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Refund Policy
- Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- No refunds will be provided for completed or partially completed work.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 1-2 business days.
- For international clients, any transaction or processing fees charged by payment gateways or banks are non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.
