How I started

My journey into yoga began as a personal practice to find balance, clarity, and inner calm. Over time, this practice became a way of life, helping me reconnect with both body and mind.

 

What started as self-healing naturally evolved into teaching others. Today, I offer mindful, self-branded yoga sessions designed to build strength, flexibility, and inner peace—guided by simplicity, breath, and intention.
